Answers before you reach out
Is location required?
No. Location is optional and only chooses the initial map position. You can search or move the map instead.
How do I restore Pro?
Open Settings, choose DayArc Pro, then use Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used to buy Pro.
How do I send feedback?
Open Settings and choose Send Feedback. The form explains exactly what will be submitted before you consent.
Why is the rewarded-ad option missing?
DayArc shows it only after an ad successfully loads in a supported region. Pro purchase remains available when no ad is ready.
How do I report a problem?
Include your device model, iOS version, DayArc version, and the steps that led to the issue. Please omit sensitive information.
